February 28, 2018: ANNOUNCEMENT: Range of Available SRECs; Qualification Forms due March 20
Atlantic City Electric Company (“ACE”), Jersey Central Power & Light Company (“JCP&L”), Public Service Electric and Gas Company (“PSE&G”), and Rockland Electric Company (“RECO”) will be holding an auction to sell Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (“SRECs”) on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Qualifications are due by 12PM (noon) EPT on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.
Product Offering. In this upcoming Auction, there will be available between 2,900 and 4,300 2017 SRECs created in GATS as generation between June 1, 2016 and May 31, 2017, and 40,000 and 60,000 2018 SRECs created in GATS as generation between June 1, 2017 and February 28, 2018.
NEW! Our qualification process is now ENTIRELY online. Signature pages for the SREC Master Agreement, if required, can be provided electronically by upload to the online qualification form. Hard copies are NOT required. Bid assurance collateral is NOT required.
Interested parties must qualify by submitting an online Qualification Form. The Auction Manager will send instructions to all returning bidders on March 1, 2018. New bidders must request an account to access the online Qualification Form by completing the Qualification Registration Form.
