April 04, 2013: Range of Available SRECs, Qualification Forms due April 30
Public Service Electric and Gas Company (“PSE&G”) will be holding an auction to sell Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (“SRECs”) on Thursday, May 9, 2013. Qualifications are due by 12PM (noon) EPT on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
In this upcoming auction, there will be available between 16,000 and 21,000 SRECs created in GATS as generation between June 1, 2012 and April 30, 2013.
Our qualification process is online. To buy SRECs in the May 2013 SREC Auction, an interested party must qualify by submitting an online Qualification Form. The Auction Manager will send instructions to all returning bidders.
New bidders should request an account to access the online Qualification Form by completing the Qualification Registration Form.
The SREC Auction Manual, the Master Solar Renewable Energy Certificates Agreement, and the Addendum to the SREC Auction Manual have been posted to the web site. Please visit the Documents page to access these documents.
