FAQ-132:
What date should be entered as the “Effective Date” in the Master SREC Agreements?
Once a bidder has qualified pursuant to submitting a successful Qualification Form and has been notified of such qualification, the Auction Manager will provide such bidder with four Word forms of the Master SREC Agreement, each with EDC-specific information and the effective date already filled in. These forms will allow each bidder to enter its information directly into the forms.Please do not use the generic form of the Master SREC Agreement that is posted to the website in Adobe Acrobat format for the purpose of submitting your Master SREC Agreements.

- FAQ-130:
Do you know of any opportunities for residential customers of other states to sell their SRECs in advance at the time of the commissioning of their systems?
This web site is strictly for the sale by the New Jersey Electric Distribution Companies of SRECs obtained through their solar programs. Some of these solar programs were open to New Jersey residential customers who were willing to sell the SRECs from new solar installations through long-term contracts. These programs were strictly for New Jersey customers and we have no information as to whether or not similar programs exist for residential customers in other states.
