Please confirm what notifications were sent on the Notification of Qualification date. We are unsure if we have received these notifications.
On the Notification of Qualification date for the December 2013 SREC Auction (Friday, December 6, 2013), we sent to qualified bidders a Notification of Qualification and the Attachments to the Notification of Qualification. The Attachments include confidential log in information.If you did not receive these documents and feel you should have please email the Auction Manager at SREC-Auction@nera.com or call the Auction Manager immediately at 973-297-0880.

FAQ-144:
What time does the Auction start on Tuesday, December 10th?
The Auction Manager will confirm the time of the Auction when it provides a round-by-round schedule for the Auction to qualified bidders as part of their Notification of Qualification packets. Notifications of Qualification will be sent out no later than Friday, December 6, 2013.

FAQ-143:
How do I request an online qualification account?
To request a qualification account to participate in the SREC Auction, please complete an online Qualification Registration form. This form can be accessed on the SREC Auction web site in the Qualification Form submenu by clicking the “registration form” link. Upon receipt of this form, the Auction Manager will send instructions to the registrant via email regarding how to access to online Qualification Form and what materials to submit to qualify for the SREC Auction.

FAQ-142:
We have initiated a wire transfer to send the Auction Manager bid assurance collateral and it will be in in your account by tomorrow. Should we wait until tomorrow to submit our Qualification Form? We would like to avoid receiving a deficiency notice.
You may submit your Qualification Form at your discretion; however, please note that the deadline to submit qualification materials for the December 2013 SREC Auction is this Friday, November 22 at 12 PM (noon). During the Qualification Period and Cure Deficiency Period, deficiency notices are sent to bidders if they submit qualification materials that require further clarification or are not consistent with the requirements of Section II.1 of the Auction Manual. Deficiencies detailed within the notice are current as of the time and date the notice is sent. Deficiency notices are sent within two business days of the bidder submitting materials.

FAQ-141:
Please confirm what notification will be sent when a bidder has submitted all required materials for qualification. We are unsure if we have received this notification.
When a bidder has fulfilled all requirements for participation in the Auction, the bidder will receive a complete notice from the Auction Manager. If a bidder is unsure if one has been sent, please contact the Auction Manager at SREC-Auction@nera.com. The Auction Manager will determine whether a complete notice has been sent and forward the notice to you if applicable.

FAQ-140:
Is the Master SREC Agreement available in Microsoft Word format?
The Master SREC Agreement is not publicly posted in Microsoft Word format. However, it is available upon request to the SREC Auction Manager by a bidder that has already executed this Agreement. Please email SREC-Auction@nera.com with this request.

FAQ-139:
How do I determine the appropriate amount of bid assurance collateral to submit for the SREC Auction?
Information regarding bid assurance collateral is provided each Auction on page 2 of the Addendum to the SREC Auction Manual posted on the SREC Auction web site and page 3 of the Qualification Instructions provided to potential bidders via email.For the December 2013 Auction the amount of bid assurance collateral is $1/SREC for the maximum that the bidder intends to bid in the first round of the Auction. The maximum amount of bid assurance collateral is $5,000. A bidder that submits $5,000 as bid assurance collateral will be able to bid on all blocks available in the first round of the Auction. A bidder that submits less than $5,000 as bid assurance collateral will be able, in the first round of the Auction, to bid on a number of blocks for a product corresponding to the amount of bid assurance collateral that the bidder submitted divided by the block size (rounded up).
