FAQ-160:
The range of available SRECs for the upcoming October 2014 Auction is lower than the number of SRECs auctioned in the October 2013 Auction. Please explain the discrepancy.
On October 3, 2014 we announced that the number of 2015 SRECs available in the October 2014 Auction will be above the top of the previously announced range. Although exact numbers are not yet available, we expect that you will find the number of SRECs available to be in line with last year's Auction.

FAQ-155:
We have traded with and thus possess executed Master SREC Agreements from some, but not all of the NJ EDCs. Do you have Agreements on file that you can send us for the EDC(s) with which we have not yet traded? We are conducting a review.
You may already have access to the documents necessary for your review. As part of the post-auction process, you should have received one original Agreement from each of the EDCs from which you won SRECs. These Agreements are identical, except for the EDC counterparty, to those remaining in our offices because you provided the Signature Pages used to create all of these Agreements all at once in the first auction in which you participated. Furthermore, the contract form has not changed, save for product and vintage modifications to the transaction confirmation. The contract form is available on our web site http://www.solarrec-auction.com/ under the bidder information menu, documents submenu. As already stated, we do maintain partially executed originals of the Master SREC Agreement in our offices for an EDC if the bidder has not traded with the EDC yet. We can provide you with a scanned copy if necessary, but we emphasize this Master SREC Agreement is identical, except for the EDC counterparty, to the other(s) in your possession and is also the same contract form currently on the web site. Moreover, we try to the extent feasible to match bidders with EDCs with whom they have traded in the past.
