FAQ-201:
Does a returning bidder need to submit new signature pages for the Master SREC Agreement for each Auction?
To participate in the SREC Auction, a bidder must fulfil the basic qualification standards outlined in Article II of the SREC Auction Manual including the submission of two (2) originals of each of four (4) Master SREC Agreements, one for each EDC as the Seller, signed by an officer of the bidder or other individual empowered to bind the bidder. If a bidder has submitted these documents in a previous Auction occurring April 2011 or later, the bidder is not required to submit the Master SREC Agreements again. The signature pages of the Master SREC Agreements submitted by a bidder for a particular EDC are retained by the Auction Manager until the bidder becomes a winning Bidder in the SREC Auction and the bidder is matched with that particular EDC.
A returning bidder always has the option of providing new signature pages for the Master SREC Agreement to the Auction Manager. If a returning bidder chooses to provide new signature pages, any transactions that occur following the Auction Manager's receipt of the new signature pages will be treated as a new transaction between that bidder and that EDC.
