Are we able to submit amendments to the Master SREC Agreements for consideration in the April 2011 Auction?
The Master SREC Agreement is not subject to comment at this time. We will communicate questions to the EDCs for future consideration.

How much bid assurance collateral should I post to assure the maximum possible initial eligibility?
Submitting bid assurance collateral in the amount of $7,550 will grant you initial eligibility for all 151 available blocks.

Is it possible for the Auction Manager to hold bid assurance collateral between auctions?
Bid assurance collateral is not held between Auctions.

FAQ-110:
What happens to the bid assurance collateral after the auction ends?
If the bidder does not win any blocks, the Auction Manager will return the amount of bid assurance collateral to the losing bidder; winning bidders pay for SRECs net of any bid assurance collateral.

FAQ-109:
Has the Master SREC Agreement Changed?
The terms of the Master SREC Agreement have not changed.Please note that each bidder must submit two (2) originals of each of four (4) Master SREC Agreements, one for each EDC as the Seller. Once a bidder has qualified pursuant to submitting a successful Qualification Form and has been notified of such qualification, the Auction Manager will provide such bidder with four Word forms of the Master SREC Agreement, each with EDC-specific information already filled in. These forms will allow each bidder to enter its information directly into the forms.Please do not use the generic form of the Master SREC Agreement that is posted to the website in Adobe Acrobat format for the purpose of submitting your Master SREC Agreements. Please also note that while the form of the Transaction Confirmation has not changed, the information in the “Vintage” section has been updated to reflect the SRECs available in the April 2011 SREC Auction.

FAQ-107:
What information regarding results will be posted to the web site?
After each auction, the web site will post information about the price and quantity of SRECs sold at that auction. Additional information, for example regarding the amount purchased by specific bidders, would be released only upon receiving consent from the bidders. Please see the results page for the latest results posting.

No. The starting price is announced directly to bidders. Following the auction, the selling price of the SRECs will be announced publicly.

FAQ-101:
Can we reuse a previously submitted Master SREC agreement in lieu of submitting a new agreement?
No. Once qualified, each bidder must submit two (2) originals of each of four (4) Master SREC Agreements, one for each EDC as the Seller, signed by an officer of the bidder or other individual empowered to bind the bidder. In future Auctions, if a bidder has submitted these documents in a previous Auction occurring April 2011 or later, and if the signatory remains valid, the bidder does not need to submit the Master SREC Agreements again.
