FAQ-208:
Do returning bidders need to provide a new Representation Form and a new set of signature pages for the Master SREC Agreement for each Auction?
To participate in the SREC Auction, a bidder must fulfil the basic qualification standards outlined in Article II of the SREC Auction Manual. A previously qualified bidder submits to the qualification requirements as follows:
- A previously qualified bidder must review the information within the online qualification form, provide any updates, and affirm that the information is up to date and accurate;
- The Representative of the bidder makes all certifications required by completing the representation form found within the online qualification form. The bidder then scans the duly completed, dated, and signed representation form and uploads this document to the online qualification form. All bidders must provide a new representation form for each Auction in which they intend to participate;
- A previously qualified bidder that has submitted signature pages to the Master SREC Agreement in a previous Auction occurring April 2011 or later, if the signatory remains valid, is not required to submit new copies of the signature pages of the Master SREC Agreement. A returning bidder always has the option of providing new signature pages for the Master SREC Agreement to the Auction Manager. If a returning bidder chooses to provide new signature pages, any transactions that occur following the Auction Manager's receipt of the new signature pages will be treated as a new transaction between that bidder and that EDC;
- and A bidder must press the “SUBMIT” button any time the bidder transmits information to the Auction Manager via the online qualification form.
