FAQ-237:
Can you please provide W-9 forms as well as banking information for each of the EDCs?
Typically, winning bidders are provided contact information and banking information for the counterparty with which they’ve won (PSE&G, JCP&L, ACE and/or RECO) as part of the contract execution process at the conclusion of the auction. However, each EDC may make available upon request a W-9 form. Additional banking information for the EDCs will not be provided prior to the March 2021 auction.

FAQ-236:
May we propose changes to the Master SREC Agreement?
There is a standard state-wide contract, the Master Solar Renewable Energy Certificates Agreements (“Master SREC Agreement”). The EDCs solicited comments from potential auction participants prior to finalizing the Master SREC Agreement. However, the EDCs are not accepting comments to the Master SREC Agreement at this time.

FAQ-235:
Has the Master Solar REC Agreement changed from the December 2020 SREC Auction?
With the exception of the information provided in Exhibit A to the Master Solar REC Agreement regarding the vintage(s) available in the March 2021 SREC Auction, the Master Solar REC Agreement for the March 2021 SREC Auction has not changed from the Master Solar REC Agreement from the December 2020 SREC Auction.

FAQ-234:
When will the documents for the March 2021 SREC Auction be posted to the auction website?
The Auction Manager posted the Auction Manual, Addendum to the SREC Auction Manual, Master SREC Agreement, Representation Form, and Master SREC Agreement Signatures Form to the Documents page of the auction website on February 19, 2021.
