Can the EDCs provide banking and contact information prior to the auction?
Typically, winning bidders are provided contact information and banking information for the counterparty with which they’ve won (PSE&G, JCP&L, ACE and/or RECO) as part of the contract execution process at the conclusion of the auction. However, the EDCs will make their W-9 forms available upon request. Additional information for the EDCs will not be provided prior to the June 2022 auction.
