FAQ-250:
Are previously qualified bidders required to provide the Representation Form if they have already submitted this document in a previous SREC Auction?
Yes. To participate in the SREC Auction, a bidder must fulfill the basic qualification standards outlined in Article II of the SREC Auction Manual. In particular, the Representative of the bidder makes all certifications required by completing the Representation Form available on the Documents page of the SREC Auction website. Bidders are required to complete the Representation Form provided specifically for the Auction in which they intend to participate. As such, for the June 2023 SREC Auction, all bidders must complete the Representation Form prepared for the June 2023 SREC Auction.
