Can the EDCs provide W-9 forms prior to the auction?
Typically, winning bidders are provided contact information for the counterparty with which they’ve won (PSE&G, JCP&L, ACE and/or RECO) as part of the contract execution process at the conclusion of the auction. However, the EDCs will make their W-9 forms available upon request.
