Is it possible to log into the auction software prior to the day of the auction?
The Auction Software is unavailable except during bidding in the Auction. Please see the Software Manual that was included with your Notification of Qualification to Proceed, as it contains a detailed account of the Auction Software including all the screens and procedures used to bid.
