December 21, 2009: UPDATE – Bidder Manual has been Corrected
The Auction Manager is releasing a corrected Bidder Manual today, December 21, 2009. We apologize for a typographical error in Paragraph III.1.3, which explains the calculation of a bidder’s initial eligibility based on the bid assurance collateral provided. This typographical error is corrected in the Bidder Manual dated December 21, 2009.
The corrected Bidder Manual is available here. Please use this and no other version of the Bidder Manual.
