January 05, 2010: SRECS Available in January 2010 Auction
There will be 2,800 Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (“SRECs”) available in the January 2010 SREC Auction; this is equivalent to 56 blocks of 50 SRECs. SRECs available in the January 2010 Auction have been generated between June 1, 2009 and November 30, 2009, and are eligible for compliance with the RPS for Reporting Year 2010 and 2011. A Reporting Year begins on June 1 of the preceding year and ends on May 31 of that year.
