February 15, 2012: Bid Assurance Collateral and Signed Master Solar REC Agreement Due Tuesday, February 21

You must submit the Bid Assurance Collateral by wire transfer according to the instructions in Attachment 1 of your Notification of Qualification to Proceed. A bidder’s bid assurance collateral determines the bidder’s initial eligibility in the Auction.
 
Each bidder must also submit two signed originals of the Master SREC Agreement. If you have qualified to bid in a previous SREC Auction occurring April 2011 or later, you will not be required to resubmit the Master SREC Agreement. The originals of the Master SREC Agreement must be submitted by hand delivery or overnight delivery service to the Auction Manager’s Office, One Gateway Center, Suite 720, Newark, NJ 07102.
